- Photos and Images: We process the photos you upload for restoration and animation purposes. Images are temporarily stored during processing and deleted immediately after delivery to your device.
- Device Information: We collect information about your device, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features used, time spent, restoration/animation operations performed, and credit usage patterns.
- Purchase Information: When you make purchases through the App, we collect transaction information provided by Apple App Store and RevenueCat, including subscription status and credit pack purchases.
- Account Data: We store your user ID, credit balance (membership and permanent credits), subscription status, and preferences through Supabase.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve the App's functionality, including restoration and animation services
- Process and enhance your photos using AI technology
- Manage your account, subscription, and dual credit system (membership and permanent credits)
- Track credit consumption and automatically refund credits when operations fail
- Communicate with you about the App, including service updates and technical notifications
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience and optimize AI models
- Prevent fraud and abuse of the credit system
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
4. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage: Your photos are primarily stored locally on your device. Restored and animated images are saved directly to your device's gallery.
Temporary Cloud Processing: During restoration and animation operations, photos are temporarily uploaded to secure third-party AI processing services. These images are automatically deleted from processing servers immediately after completion.
Account Data: Your account information, including credit balances and subscription status, is securely stored in Supabase with industry-standard encryption.
Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We share your information with the following third-party service providers:
- AI Processing Services:
- Replicate: Used for photo restoration operations. Images are temporarily processed and immediately deleted.
- fal.ai (Seedance 1.5 Pro): Used for photo animation services. Images are temporarily processed and immediately deleted.
- Backend Services:
- Supabase: Provides secure cloud database services for account data, credit management, and authentication.
- Payment Processing:
- RevenueCat: Manages subscription validation, credit pack purchases, and payment processing through Apple App Store.
- Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand app usage and improve user experience. Analytics data is anonymized where possible.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights and safety.
6. Data Retention
- Photos: Not retained on our servers. Images are processed in real-time and deleted immediately after delivery to your device.
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time.
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account
- Restriction: Request restriction or objection to processing of your data
- Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service provider
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Our lawful basis for processing is primarily contract performance and legitimate interests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
